Standard School Day

Gibbs High School follows a block schedule.  Students will have 4 classes in the fall and 4 new classes in the spring, with the exception of a few Freshman classes that are full year.  School begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. except for on "Late Start Wednesdays" when the first bell rings at 8:40 a.m., classes begin at 8:50 a.m. and dismissal is at 3:30 p.m.

Scheduled Half Days

On scheduled half days, school will dismiss at 12 p.m. Buses will run their regular routes, but lunch will not be served on these days.
